This package includes an HDMI cable, cat-5 cable, remote control, mouse, 1TB DVR, and 8 High-Res Cameras. There's also a CD with additional instructions(in addition to a paper manual with basic instructions). Installing the unit and getting it to run isn't too difficult. The cameras have 'night vision' and can see in the pretty clear in the dark.
